The elevator's doors were about to close when a foot was placed in between, the doors opened once more, startling Damien.
Olivia casually walked in and snapped her gaze elsewhere, she couldn't help but notice his burning gaze on her.
"Am I pretty that you can't take your eyes off me?" She asked with her brows raised.
Damien's hands suddenly grabbed her chin, he pushed her backwards till her back pressed against the walls of the elevator.
"Who do you think you are to share my personal elevator? "
Olivia's amber eyes shone in delight, she forcefully grabbed his arm and pushed it down.
"Are you trying to take advantage of me? You've fired me, isn't that enough?"
Damien was awed by her audacity. He suddenly smirked.
She stood before him and wrapped her hands around his neck, startling him. She raised her phone up.
"Give me back my job, or else everyone will see this... I guess some of your girlfriends too."
Damien lunged forward to snatch her phone, but she placed it into her white top. His hands unconsciously tried to reach for it.
The door suddenly opened, and everyone's gaze fell on them; their jaws dropped in shock on seeing their boss trying to reach into a lady's top.

Chapter One Look Inside
Chapter One Look Inside
Olivia Parker
A young blonde lady rushed into the hospital hallways, frantically searching for the ward her dad was currently staying at.
She received a call a while ago about his health deteriorating rapidly and had to drop everything she was doing to get here on time.
She crashed into a nurse who was coming out of a ward and knocked the stainless tray out of her hand.
"Olivia Parker, right?" The nurse who was putting on a pink-colored uniform asked hastily to see the young girl nod in affirmation.
"Y...yeah...my dad…
The nurse moved aside, granting Olivia entrance into the ward.
Olivia pushed the door open and ran in; when she got in, her heart dropped to the pit of her stomach.
She stood rooted to the ground watching how her mom struggled with the doctor and nurses who were trying to move the lifeless body covered with a white sheet.
"He's not dead…he promised never to leave us behind…don't take him away!" Sandy Parker yelled out, giving a fit as they tried to move her husband's body out of the ward.
Tears streamed down Olivia's eyes; she couldn't bring herself to accept that her beloved dad was gone after everything she and her mom did to save his life.
There was a loud thunderbolt that rocked the sky at that moment, which meant it was about to rain; the lights in the ward flickered continuously, further igniting the sparks in her amber eyes.
Olivia took a step backward and then another before she bolted out of the room. She couldn't stand it; she couldn't bear to see her dad's body. She felt like she was at fault for everything that was happening to them...
She moved as fast as her legs could carry her. Olivia wasn't sure where she was heading at this late hour, but she felt disappointed in herself, and she couldn't bring herself to face her mom at this critical time.
***
Meanwhile...
The doctor stared briefly at the two men who stood before him; he returned his gaze back to the young man they brought before him.
"I'm sorry, but this is not treatable... He was given a heavy dose of aphrodisiac… and you know what that means, right?" The doctor murmured, obviously uncomfortable by the subject and the presence of the men before him.
The two muscular men who looked like bodyguards glanced briefly at each other and gave a short nod.
The doctor shook his head and left the ward in a hurry, leaving them alone.
They stared back at their young master, whose knuckles had started turning white, and he looked really uncomfortable, his face glistening with sweat that rolled down his neck. Left with no other choice, the guards both left the ward.
***
Olivia held the walls for support; her mind was clouded with various thoughts on what would become of her and her mother now that her dad was no more.
Thinking of it alone was enough to shatter her heart into a million pieces.
Maybe if she hadn't bugged him about the camping trip where he unfortunately met with an accident, he might still be with her.
A soft gasp escaped her lips when she raised her head to see two huge men glaring down at her. She swallowed and moved to the other side, and to her surprise, they blocked her path again.
She turned back briefly and noticed that the hall was empty; she snapped her gaze back to them nervously.
They looked dangerous, emitting a deadly aura, especially the one with a scar that ran across his face.
"Who…are you?"
In the blink of an eye, a palm was placed over her mouth to stop her from screaming and alerting the attention of others.
She kicked and wriggled her body trying to break free from their hold, but who was she kidding? She was a feather compared to their strength.
***
The two men pushed her into a dark ward and locked the door behind them.
"Do you think this will work?"
"Let's hope."
They both stood by the side of the door, guarding it and looking out for whoever wanted to trespass.
Olivia banged the door behind her. The room was dark, and she couldn't fathom what made them lock her in here.
A loud thunderbolt rocked through the sky, further accompanied by a blue lightning that illuminated the room a bit, and that was when she realized that she was not alone.
Her eyes rounded in fright, her feet stood rooted to the ground, trembling.
"Who's… there?" She asked nervously, her heartbeat was so loud that she could hear it herself.
A tall, dark figure emerged from a corner in the ward; he staggered a bit as he walked to the fidgeting lady a few meters away from him.
Fear engulfed her whole being; she swiftly turned to the door to run out but was pulled back by the stranger.
Her back touched the wall the next instant, and a soft gasp escaped her lips.
He pulled her chin up with his hands and crashed his lips against hers. Olivia felt her body weaken under his sudden assault on her lips.
She tried to peel away from his grip, but he was stronger; his hands were firmly around her.
"Please let...me...go." She trembled trying to push him off.
In a swift motion, he swept her off her feet and moved towards the bed present in the ward.
"Don't struggle..." His husky voice made her shudder; she could smell the faint scent of alcohol coming from him.
"I'll take responsibility," he mumbled once more and took her lips once more.
Tears streamed down from Olivia's eyes when she felt her clothes being ripped off her body.
"I promise to be gentle," his assuring voice came again.
***
Olivia opened her eyes slowly. She looked around her surroundings, and her eyes rounded.
Her heart leaped out of her chest, recalling what happened a few hours ago.
She pulled the man's hands off her waist and climbed down from the bed in fright; she just gave her first time to a complete stranger.
She picked up her clothes that were torn apart but were still manageable.
Olivia put back on her clothes. She glanced briefly at the man who lay on the bed still sound asleep. She tried to take a look at his face but stopped when she heard some commotion just right outside the door.
She gave up the thought and bolted out of the room. The guards who saw her running off tried to stop her, but she was long gone.
"Wait a minute, ma'am… it's late…
***
Sandy's eyes were swollen from crying all throughout the night; she was also worried that her daughter was nowhere to be found all through the previous night.
The door suddenly pushed open, and Olivia nervously walked in.
"Mum, I…
Sandy's eyes teared up once more; she rested her gaze on her daughter, who was fidgeting before her.
"Before your dad passed away, he kept demanding to see you, but you were so busy that you didn't show up to hear his last words."
Olivia raised her head to meet her mom's burning gaze. "Mum…it's not what you're thinking. I was there, but I…
Sandy's gaze fell on Olivia's neck. Olivia, who noticed where her mom's gaze was directed, adjusted her collar a bit to conceal the hickey on her neck.
After what happened between her and the unknown man at the hospital last night, she couldn't bring herself to come home that way.
So she had to stop by at her friend's house in the middle of the night, where she passed the night.
Sandy took a step forward to Olivia; she pulled open Olivia's collar, and her gaze fell on the numerous hickeys from her neck to her chest.
Olivia's eyes watered. "Mum, I can explain…
A slap landed on her left cheek, which made her face fall to the other side.
"I see you were having a good time while your dad was busy waiting for your arrival. I can't believe that you'd actually do this, Olivia!"
Olivia sniffed back; tears flowed down her eyes like endless streams. She didn't miss the look of disappointment that crossed her mother's face.
"Mum, please listen to me...
Sandy turned around and left the room; she had just lost her husband, and now her daughter was already driving her insane.
Olivia fell to her knees; she clutched her chest, crying her eyes out. Who would have thought that a day like this would befall her?
A young girl about her age rushed up to her and pulled her into a tight, soothing embrace.
"I'm so sorry, Olivia; please don't cry anymore." Bianca, Olivia's best friend, cooed, but her words didn't seem to have any impact; rather, they only made Olivia feel worse...
